Excellent. Highly recomend.!! Quick diagnosis very professional, very accurate, and able to remedy the situation expertly. Sadly, I need a new machine; however, the rationale was explain clearly in a way that I can understand and I was provided with concrete and workable options that were satisfactory to me.

The repairman was very polite and courteous and respectful of my property. He was efficient in dealing with the problem. Definitely would recommend your company to friends. Also he was right on time and I didn't have to wait around for him to show up.

Our washer broke down suddenly, with a load full of laundry and water sitting inside. Capital Appliance Repair was able to get a Technician out to our home within a few hours! The Technician was great, explained everything he found, made suggestions for repairs, and even drained out the water that was sitting in the washer so that it wasn't left sitting there. Very pleased with this service.

A friendly repair man showed up to fix my dryer fan. The service call is $60. He was able to come within 30 minutes and fixed the problem within 5 minutes and didn't charge us anything extra. I was expecting to pay a few hundred so was very pleased at the cost. I highly reccomend.

I called around 10:30 am, and the repair man was over less than an hour later. He quickly diagnosed the issue, which was a burnt out relay. The company went out of its way to get a new part the same day since we were leaving on holiday in a couple of days. A colleague of his drove the part over within a half hour as it turned out. Great service all around.
