Chris and his crew can in with a number of pieces of equipment and got my yard in order in double quick time. They power raked, aerated, mowed, edged and vacuumed my front and back yard and trimmed around my many flower beds. They did a great job. My neighbour was so impressed he had them come and do his yard as well. I highly recommend this company and will have them back again next year.

I have been a customer of Chris' Property Maintenance for the past 2 years and wholeheartedly recommend this company for summer and fall yard care, as well as for winter snow removal. My home has a sizeable area of sidewalk and boulevard to maintain and out of previous experiences with lawn maintenance and snow removal services, Chris' stands out as the best for several reasons.
Snow removal and the application of ice melt (when required) are completed in a timely manner after snowfall. With Chris on the job there is no worry that my neighbours will slip or have a sketchy sidewalk to walk on after snowfall or freezing rain.
Summer and fall grass cutting is weekly and if there happens to be inclement weather, I can rely on Chris to communicate when the next cutting is estimated to take place. I know that I can rely on Chris' Property Maintenance to complete my yard care as per our contract.
Last year, I signed up for Chris' fall yard clean up. The fall cleanup was very thorough, with all yard debris bagged and moved to the back of the house for disposal.
