I ran into baffling problem when a short in one circuit debilitated 6 other circuits without throwing their breaker switches. Dr Google says this is impossible. Floodlight responded immediately to my Homestar email, had one of their technicians at my house the first morning, and solved the problem within 30 minutes. Kudos to Floodlight, thanks so much!

I was looking to have new pot lights installed in two rooms of my house. I got in contact with Rob at Floodlight electric within a couple days and set up a meeting the next week. I received the quote quickly after the meeting and set up the install fairly quickly. The crew that came to do the work was very polite and clean (which I really appreciated). They completed the work in a timely fashion. I was very satisfied with the service and work completed on my home and would recommend them to anyone.

Recently purchased my first home (1950s). Our home inspector flagged a number of electrical issues to fix before moving in. Most notably an old fuse box with many double-tapped fuses, a non-compliant secondary breaker panel, incorrect breakers, non-grounded plugs, and incorrect electrical boxes used at certain receptacles.

Rob came in to do the assessment, and is great at empathizing with the customer's needs. He knew that we wanted to make sure everything was safe, but that we were stretched financially after the recent purchase of the home.

Rob gave us options to consider at different price tiers and we settled on something that suited us. This was really appreciated!

Joel and his team were great! They provided and installed four pot lights in my wife's sewing room, following his recommendation, and ceiling fixtures we provided in two bedrooms. These jobs involved new wiring in the attic and cutting the ceilings. They installed a new outlet in the kitchen that had been overlooked by a previous electrician. This required fishing a new wire and Joel needed to cut an access in the drywall to fish it. He worked in the fridge cavity so patching and painting was unnecessary. His team also replaced a handful of various other items. I am extremely fussy about dust and mess. I worried unnecessarily. Their work was impeccable, partly because they vacuumed as they cut. They did all this within four to four and a half hours. We plan to call Joel again when we're ready to replace our outdated hall fixtures.

They arrived at the scheduled time and all work was done professionally. Cleaned up after work was done and they made sure it was done to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend them to family and friends and already have.
