I have the unfortunate opportunity to deal with what in my opinion is the worst security provider in Canada, Beeyond Group. I thought because of the Brinks brand name that Beeyond group would be a good choice to provide a security system and monitoring services for my acreage - I could have been more wrong. This train wreck of an experience for me started right after I signed a 3 year contract. The Beeyond Group installation team missed several appointments with no notice to me when I had taken time off work to be present for the installation. Days of fighting with Beeyond Security over the phone resulted in an installer finally arriving at my home. This is when the real fun began. I don't think this installer had ever installed a Brinks security system. He couldn't connect the cameras, had to borrow my tools, and left without completing my installation after12 hours of torturing me and my family. He said he couldn't come back the next day to complete the installation because he had other installations to work on??!! Days and days go by with more fighting with Beyond Group on the phone and eventually the same installer shows back up at my home. He eventually gets the cameras installed but they aren't positioned correctly to cover my whole property as planned. I could have told him were to install the cameras to get the proper views but I was relying on someone I thought was a professional to take care to this basic step in setting up a security system. Now I'm moving to a new home and Beeyond Group is saying it will cost $750.00 to move my equipment and install it at my new home. That's right folks $750.00??!! I'm on a 3 year contract paying $89.24/month and they want $750.00 o move my service to my new home - $350.00 of that $750.00 Beeyond Group says is for travel expense. Wow, I'm in the wrong business if I could get $350.00 to drive 30 minutes to my customer location. I have tried working with Beeyond Group to resolve this matter but, in my opinion, they don't care about customer service, don't provide a quality product, are difficult to deal with, and are gouging customers. I will be cancelling my 'lack of service' with Beeyond Group as soon as my 3 year contract has ended. If you're looking for a quality home security system with competent support and reasonable fees it's my opinion that you'd should avoid Beeyond Group at all costs.

They installed a system that DOES NOT WORK. They give zero support, gaslight you and are extremely rude.
In my opinion, stay away, far far away from this unprofessional company.

I worked with the sales agent Omar and agreed on the price of the package, signed contract, and set up installation date. Then like other reviewers they called me 2 days later and said they made a mistake and needed more money and cancelled install. Have tried for days to get a Manager to call but nobody calls me back! Scary if this is the level of service before installation.

Rep offered a package to me, which I took.
Denied the deal next day asking for $180 upfront plus more monthly.
Said they made a mistake

System malfunctioning and no body responding from them. Either their is battery alarm or motion sensor false triggers.
They do not care or respond at all. Finally thinking of following up the monitoring company.

After my house being robbed I had these people come and install an alarm system. Install was OK. The alarm has never worked. They put me with stanley security which is an absolute nightmare to deal with. I've been fighting for over a year with no resolve and pay just under 70 a month. I have reached out to Beeyond to recieve my contact from them as requested by the BBB. And they ignore me won't respond to emails or calls. I don't recommend this company.

The service I received from Jay at Beeyond Security was top notch. He was so patient to answer all my inquiries and provided prompt, clear explanation, and really listened to my security needs to ensure the safety of my family. He went the extra mile to get a product design that was more contemporary when I was choosing my door lock. I was so impressed recently when I made a quick call to him without leaving a message and he promptly sent me an email to ensure everything was okay and if I needed his assistance. Patrick the installer was super friendly and provided me the time to make me feel comfortable with the operation of my new equipment and quickly replied to any concerns I had. I have a senior parent that lives with us and she accidentally set off the alarm a few times and the company was so understanding and never made us feel bad but respected we were adjusting to the new system. I feel confident in recommending this company and I have confidence that my home and my family are in a well secured home.

Wow! I installed their alarm system and I’m very impressed! Everything is awesome! The outside camera is excellent ! Have the system unarm autimatically via Bluetooth to my phone is amazing !! The panel is excellent and easy to use! The app is great! System is highly customizable !! I’m very impressed. I had Rogers home monitoring and this blows it away!!! Thank you thank you for this awesome system!!

I called this company after doing a bit of looking at various companies including ADT. The staff at Beeyond Security really have gone above and beyond to help me with my many, many questions and concerns. The staff were patient,informative and there prices are very competitive. It didn't matter if I wanted repeated changes to my quote or telephone advise regarding anything from installation, product information or anything else. Even after the install, when I had questions, they were very responsive and helped me with post setup information and adjustment of my system to meet my needs. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for home security.

What an amazing products and services
Was with Rogers and at&t for many years until I saw their system in a friends house so I decided to call them and that was the best thing I ever did
Tharu came the first time and explained everything about their product and services very professional and knowledgeable he answered all my concerns and questions and came up with a system that I'm extremely happy and feel safe with my family in the house.
The following week the technician came and installed all the hardwarevery professional and respectful and ever since then I am so happy and feel safe.
