Coco Tile did an amazing job at replacing our kitchen backsplash. From the removal of the old tile to the installation of the new one, we knew exactly what to expect because of the detailed estimate we were provided.

Coco Tile strives to provide superior workmanship and it showed. They very carefully removed our old tile, limiting the damage to the drywall behind it and eliminating the need to replace it. Our installer Dan also paid great attention to detail when installing our new tile. He made sure the tiles were levelled and equally spaced out - despite the fact that the tile we picked was not a perfect rectangle. He did not rush the job and gave the porcelain tile ample time to set before grouting.

It is also worth highlighting that Kevin was very accommodating with the schedule throughout the entire project. We hired Coco Tile only a couple of weeks before our kitchen renovations started. Nevertheless, Kevin made sure to come demolish the old backsplash before our new countertops were installed as to not damage them. We also had to delay the installation because of COVID. It was very to communicate with Kevin and have them come not long after the original installation date.

Kevin was an excellent communicator and was able to get me a quote within hours and a start date within weeks. My tile pattern was complicated but no match for Jeremy and his twelve years of experience. Absolute perfection! My bathroom is now the nicest room in the house. Both guys were very friendly and professional. Would absolutely recommend without hesitation.
