Climate windows and doors

We have 18 windows installed in our home by Climate Windows and Doors. There was leakage in the sitting room window 14 months after installation. I was only able to contact them through Costco. They sent their installer and the leakage appeared had been fixed. However, leakage was found again before the end of warranty. At that time, we were still able to email contact with a lady about the leakage. Subsequently, two inspections were carried out by them in October 2020 and Jan 2021 respectively. We were told to be patience but for more than seven months remedial works was still outstanding. The worse of all is, we do not hear from them anymore despite emails, voicemail and service request was made via their website. At present, our sitting room window is always covered up with plastic sheets in case of heavy rains and winds.

We have windows and doors installed by Climate Windows and Doors and there's condensation with our bedroom windows. I went on their website and filled out a warranty form and was in contact with someone a day later. A lady name Nadia sent me an email asking me to send photos of the windows at 10 feet away.. even though I had uploaded multiple photos on the warranty form.

I emailed Nadia back with revised images and have not heard anything back since March 23. I've been trying to call their office but I only got their voicemail. I've been calling every other day and no luck. I email sent Nadia multiple emails as I'm wondering what the status is of my claim and still no response. I even emailed the sales team to direct me to someone else who I can get in contact with and no luck either.

If you want to be ghosted by this company, go ahead and use them. It's been over one month and I still haven't heard back from anyone. This is the worst customer service I've ever ran into.

If someone from this company is reading this - can you please do your job and pick up the phone AND email people back who are waiting for a response.

Climate windows and doors - major mess up in my order...waited 6 months after paying in full for my window installation. One unprofessional mistake after another. CEO cannot even stay true to professional comittment and integrity .
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A MESS

I regret purchasing my front door with Climate. The door has needed repairs and yet the company has not responded to any of my emails or voicemails. The quality is cheap-pieces are just cracking and breaking off. I am VERY disappointed, I thought because I was booking through Costco that we would be getting great service and product and that is not the case at all. Do yourself a favour and use another company.

Got my bedroom windows replaced, and looked at costco's in-house window provider. Ended up only doing 2 windows due to the high cost.
Salesperson lost the contract and I had to email him a picture.
Installation was great, fast, easy, windows looked nice....Problem was I thought I was getting Zone 2-3 quality, but they installed Zone 1.
Basic windows, that dont really help with exterior noise or temperature levels.

They just did the great job for us installing main entrance door and the windows. Absolutely amazing people, nice and kind and very concern and caring also responsible about their work, precise and on time, very considerate people. Thank you very much, and proudly recommend them to everyone.
