Contacted North Star Pest Control based on strong recommendations through HomeStars and positive reviews. Having a red squirrel in the attic, living right above our bedroom for months, we were desperate for a solution as our dog (and us) were constantly awoken throughout the night. I've been in the attic & on the roof a dozen times to confirm that there was an issue, but couldn't locate the entry point nor was I successful in trapping ($40 down from Amazon). Shakeel connect within a few hours to schedule a home visit. He was able to pinpoint the entry spot within minutes and proposed a humane door solution that would allow the squirrel(s) to exit buy not re-enter. Turns out there was an entire family up there! All squirrels are out and Shakeel made another appointment to remove the door and provide a permanent barrier. The roof was thoroughly checked over for other possible points of entry and deemed secure. Understanding that these red squirrels are tenacious, North Star's 3 year warranty was key as it should outlive these little guys.
