I had a small leak in the gas pipe entering my house. I was very worried. I called Tinman, and after speaking with Tammy, instantly felt better about the situation. Tammy was very reassuring, knowledgeable, and organized. The technician, Geoff , came out and fixed the issue promptly. Tinman did an awesome job of coming up with a solution for venting my external microwave and saved me a tonne of money. We had some issues with a relay, but they were diligent and came back to ensure it was fixed and working properly. Will use them again for any AC/Heating needs.

We called Tinman because our AC was running but not cooling the house. Tammy was extremely helpful on that initial call, offering suggestions as to how we might rectify the situation. I initially called about getting my dryer vent replaced as it was the plastic material. We thought it would be the entire tube but could not tell from the initial consult as it was hidden behind the drywall. Turns out it was just the bottom portion! Got replaced and done super quick
