We had a gas leak in our house right before the long weekend. Choice Heating and Cooling was the only company to return our phone call and cant say enough good things about them from the reasonable price, being on time, and being super accommodating as we had no hot water. Would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Consumers Choice came and they are now our HVAC maintenance vendor. They will never quit until they figure out what is the cause of the problem. Options will be laid on the table and will give all the best recommendation that suits the need to rectify the problem. Pricing are reasonable. They will definitely will make a time for any emergency call. The crew knows how to build a rapport.
We highly recommend that you try their service as it is one thing less to worry that you have like them to depend on for any HVAC related problem.

Consumers Choice Heating and Cooling are a great company if you have any Heating and Cooling concerns.
We have used them for new equipment, maintenance, and any repairs. They are on time, pleasant, and the costs are reasonable. They did a great maintenance on our furnace and said even though it is an older model it is still in good condition -- they did not even mention replacement.
I strongly recommend them and they came to us through a recommendation many years ago.

Louis is always reliable, efficient and professional in all his jobs he does for us. Running an interior design and construction company, it is very important to have trust in your subcontractors and Louis is definitely the best!

Very pleased with Consumers Choice. Louie was contracted to install the ductwork, zoned duct system, and central AC using Goodman (furnace & AC) and Honeywell equipment which I had purchased. Many companies would not do that, but I still received the same warranty that they would pass along to me if they had bought it.
Overall, it was a complicated job for a residential project as the system was set up for 3 zones with 3 thermostats using Honeywell's highly-rated Truezone system - not a common house HVAC system in Toronto.
The Goodman equipment selected was also their top of the line digitally controlled, high efficiency furnace and 2-stage AC unit which frankly, not many HVAC companies are that well-versed in installing. Added to the mix was that I'm a recently retired architect and expect excellent results.
Louie and company came through in flying colours.
In routing the complicated ductwork, Consumers kept runs compactly located in the designated concealed areas with no issues. In starting up the system, we noticed that while Goodman's equipment is great, their technical documents tended to be poorly written and inadequate. Since Louie is an authorized Goodman dealer and technician, he had no problems working with Goodman's technical people in Houston.

These guys were great! Showed up on time, friendly, and competent. Price was reasonable too.

We had Consumers Choice come in to look into significant noise issues we were having with our heating/cooling system and ductwork. Louie did a fantastic job of diagnosing the problem and remedying the situation by making certain adjustments. When we called, we thought we would have to replace all the ductwork so we were happy that Louie was able to find another solution saving us thousands of dollars in the process. I was happy with my interactions with Consumers Choice and cannot recommend them highly enough.

The work was completed in a timely manner and the staff was courteous and helpful.

It was the coldest day & noticed my furnace burner cycling. Called Consumers Choice Heating & Cooling and they had a technician at my door step in 2 hours!!! Very impressive!!

The technician was polite & knowledgable on the situation. After a few diagnostics he found the problem. Heat was restored!!

Installed a new AC unit in a timely manner. Have used them every year to service my furnace as well. Needed the condensation drain cleaned out this summer and they were the quickest service provider to get someone on site. Great work and friendly crew.
