Recently purchased a home, and needed a service / maintenance appointment on my A/C & Furnace to prepare for the upcoming winter season. Lee provided great work (ensured everything worked as expected, cleaned my dirty furnace, provided guidance) and pricing was very competitive. I would definitely recommend.

Lee responded quickly to my phone call. He repaired my old, old, very old a/c and I no longer have water on my basement floor. A/c wasnt working properly so I called Red Seal. He efficiently found the low Freon issue and a burned computer board in the furnace. He showed me the burned computer board. He repaired it professionally and it works. This is the fourth time I have called him and each time he arrives on time, diagnosing and solving the problem to my satisfaction and budget. I highly recommend this service.

Lee is willing to work with older air conditioner units in two Whitby locations. Due to supply shortage it is challenging to find new units so Lee effectively and professionally manages the two units in a very timely manner. His prices are very reasonable. He offers well informed choices. I have hired him for 4 jobs so far and he has rated 10/10 on each one.

1. Lee was recommended by our neighbour and I will now be referring him to clients, family and friends. We first called him after ordering our new gas range. When it arrived, he came the next day to install a new gas line and connect the range. He was professional, on time, respectful, friendly, transparent and skilled. Amazing work ethic and service!
2. We recently had our 40 year old clunker of a furnace stop working and Lee came right away. He diagnosed the issue and shared our options with us in a clear and no pressure way. After hearing the options, we decided to go with a new high efficiency furnace. He ordered the unit and came the next day to install. He was well prepared, respectful and so knowledgeable. Lee was awesome! Personable, punctual and professional.
He came by and explained everything we needed and as soon as the appliance arrived he came the next day to install. We will be highly recommending Lee to anyone we know who needs gas fitting services. Looking forward to having him back in the spring for a BBQ line install.

Lee was very professional and was very flexible with time that worked for us. He even showed up early to inspect our pool heater which he didn't even charge us for.

He hooked up our gas stove in no time and tested everything to make sure it was good to go. Other companies quoted ridiculous minimum fees and hours needed in order to send a technician.

Lee came out to help me on three different occasions to ensure my problem was solved. Once to diagnose the issue, another time to install, and when I could not get the fireplace to ignite after he had left, he then came all the way back out again to ensure it was in working order. He certainly did not need to come back, but took it upon himself to ensure his customer was happy.

Lee was professional and thorough. His price for the electric water heater was excellent. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends. He was on time and answered all my questions.

Lee was able to able to get us out of a bind when our tank died suddenly. He sourced and installed a new commercial grade tank for us all in a matter of hours. He was able to answer all of our questions so that we could make informed decisions on how to proceed. Lee has also helped us out in the past when we had a small gas leak with our fireplace. He came out right away, made the repairs and was able to turn the gas back on to the house. Would reccomend Lee to anyone.
