Will and his team exceeded my expectations with our front door replacement ! Job well done! Highly recommend !

In 2017 Will Wellman from VentraLux Windows was recommended to me by my son. Although I got a couple of other quotes I was very impressed with Will's professional manner and the time he took to explain different options. That year I replaced all the family room windows, kitchen window and patio door.
In 2018 I again contact VentraLux and Will quoted me the cost to replace three bedroom windows and ensuite window.
Each project went extremely well - courteous installers who I felt really took pride in their work.
I have two additional windows that I will replace in the future and look forward to VentraLux completing this final project for me.

In 2013 my wife and I built a house. As we were out pricing windows and doors we ended up at Ventra lux. With all the pricing we had they matched their competitors pricing and sold us on a solid mahogany front door. They came and installed it along with the hardware. Within 4 months we were body checking the door to close it and running through the garage to push from the outside to open it. After several calls and visits they finally came and corrected the issue by shaving the edge of the door to point the latch sticks out past the door.
Six months later the varnish started bubbling on the exterior of the door. They tried to say it was from the sun and UV. They seemed to forget our house has
a 8-9 over hang which doesn't allow for the sun to reach the door.
They re varnished the door but here we are again with the varnish bubbling. We served them with a letter from a lawyer stating we would like it repaired or replaced. We got the run around and a whole lot of excuses.
My wife and I decided not to spend the time and energy to go after them.
Here we sit with our beautiful home with what we tell everyone is a textured front door compliments of Ventra Lux.
I deal with many contractors and to this day Ventra lux is one I will never recommend.

In comparison to other suppliers, the windows Ventralux provided for us were very good quality at a price we could afford. The installation work was completed quickly and the finished product exceeded our expectations. We are very happy with Ventralux and have referred them several family members and friends.

Wow the finished product far exceeded my expectations. The door fit perfectly and were able to use existing trim so the door looks original to the house. I have nothing but compliments on the new door. Wish i had it done sooner.

I had 8 windows and two doors replaced last February 2015. As of February 9 2016 all the inside windows still need insulation and trim. One of the doors I can not even open without using my body to push it open. The hardware is already tarnished. I ordered matt black but shiny black was installed. I am extremely disappointed. When you spend 10,000 dollars I expected better service. Buyer be very aware.

This company seems good when you first deal with them but wait till you have a problem or need something fixed and all you get is the run around. I've been trying to get my problem resolved for 9 months and I keep getting the run around. I'm frustrated now so all I can do is try to tell other people not to make the same mistake and don't go with this company. There are so many window companies out there - go with someone more reputable. I had to learn the hard way.
