Full underpinning, posts removal and new beam
We just finished a full underpinning with New Depths and we couldn't be more happy. Over the past few years we've done a full gut renovation on our house and have worked with many contractors. It's very very rare to work with professionals such as Mark, Mikael, Raph and Team that deliver on what they originally proposed.
Everything was on-time and on-budget, stress free. Quality of work was very high. Mikael and Team showed up everyday on time and worked hard to meet our timelines. The work site was kept extremely clean, something we and our neighbours really appreciated.
To top it all off Mark's pricing was very competitive. More importantly his communication style and attention to detail were really appreciated. Keep in mind this is coming from a homeowner who is really picky and critical of most contractors as I'm very handy and usually can do a better job than most contractors.
I highly recommend New Depths to anyone considered lowering their basement.
