As a senior on a fixed income I was very disappointed with this husband Delip and wife Camille team. Camille came over to price the job quite quickly and kept saying to trust her on giving us what we wanted in our design. After a couple of changes to original estimate and revised design. I thought we were still on same page. By the way she never gives you a drawing of the design just pictures of the materials chosen and square footage of area in your estimate.
After a few delays with scheduling, I met Delip on the day he WAS to start the work. I confirmed with him on what I wanted to make sure we were still on the same page. He said he needed to leave but would be back shortly on the same day. Then we find out he and his workers were gone to start a couple of other new jobs that day and wasn’t seen back for a couple of days to do ours.
I was extremely upset to come home at the end of the day, to see the completed job not looking anything like it was supposed to look like. I contacted Camille to voice my feelings and she send Delip over to talk to me that evening. He ADMITTED to me that he had taken liberty in making changes to my design without any thought to what I wanted and was paying for. After a couple of days, Camille contacted me demanding balance of payment since “A SCOPE OF WORK” was completed even if it WASN’T our approved scope that was done! Camille did get paid in full, but we would never recommend them to anyone that might be looking for any landscape work. Be careful to who you trust out there. Their smile can fool you!

Did you happen to by mistake forget to mention we went above & beyond to fix your downspout OR I didn't charge you for the extension of the Step?
Yes we were late, but I made sure I kept you both in the loop that we were running behind schedule due to the rain & the mix up of Materials from Arnt's, we DID NOT start a couple of other new jobs as you mentioned in your Review (which by the way, THANK YOU for taking time out of your precious,busy schedule to do)
Sometimes, when I go to Quote a Project & Delip starts the actual Project, it modifies a bit to accommodate Efficiency, Quality & Functionality which is more important than a slight change in design.
I DID NOT demand a payment from you, I simply asked you what was your availability to Sign off on the Contract after I didn't hear from you after 1 week of completion, which I've never had a homeowner done in the past
RE: my smile, it is truly genuine, I could say the same for you Rose when we initially met, but I refuse to stop smiling & stoop to your level.
