We secured several quotes to install central air conditioning in our home. We selected Home Air Systems after reading several Homestars reviews & ratings for Mike's excellent work & customer service. It took time to select a vendor as we were finishing up other reno work in the home. When Mike thought that I had selected another vendor, he asked me to comment on his service so that he could improve. That was the sign that I could trust Mike's work. His regular follow up and responsiveness to emails to answer my questions and revise our quote showed me that he was willing to prove himself and win our business. We had a situation where our home had no proper air return vents. Of the quotes we received, Mike's was the only one who suggested converting an open space in our floor to a proper vented air return. He also recommended installing a fast stat wire converter rather than installing additional wires to support our existing thermostat. The work was done as specified and in the time he had indicated. We now have a cool home ready for the hot & humid summer months ahead. We're very pleased with the product and Mike's service. We would definitely recommend him for your heating and cooling needs.
