Pest Control Markham Exterminator

I called mice control services from this company on 18 October and someone called back in 20mins to make appointment on the same day. The guy did a very simple inspection in 2 min at my house and then put poison in some areas who said it could be cleared in about 7-10 days. I asked for receipt when paying as proof of the 6 months warranty but he said will email me back. I called few times to that guy after few days for the receipt but didn't get it by whatever reasons.

I called the company "Pest Control Markham Exterminator" to follow up 4 days after the treatment but they said they don't have the record of that guy. I asked to talk to the management (Ricky) but the staff said he is out town but he will check the system to clarify for me. After couple days, I called the company again as didn't receive any feedback but the staff said Ricky will call me back in a hour when he is back to office. Of course, he didn't call back even I tried to call after 3 hours, even the staff hand up the phone and didn't

This company is over promising, under performance, very unprofessional. I will never use this company every again.

I find some mice dropping in my house and I called this company. A few days later, a pest exterminator show up at my door front and putting a few mice bate around where the mice might show up. The bates are not poison, not enclosed in any case. The guy claimed that the exposed poison is safe and promised it is safe, but I keep asking and reminding that there are baby and toddlers live in the basement to make him think twice before promising. He put about 6 block of poison in my house.

At the end of the session, I find out that he was subcontracted by Pest control markham exterminator. He charged me $225 with one year verbal warranty, with no paper receipt or business card. He promised to emailed me the invoice. I called 289-806-3532 pest control markham exterminator every other day for two week to get a receipt( for the purpose of 1yr warranty), Initially, someone said they are going to send out the invoice, then someone told me they have send out the invoice( i never receive anything), then no one answer my call anymore.

There is nothing prove that their chemical is safe and there is no trace that they will follow their 1 year warranty promise.
