Hit our stairs and railing, still not repaired in following september

They hit out stairs and fence, said theyd repair it in the spring. No repairs were made, they keep pushing the repair timeline and it is now September 30 of the next season. Unprofessional and uncaring of our safety for using the woobling railing.
