Interlock Metal Roofing

We had a new Interlock roof installed a couple of years ago after a horrible winter where we had several nasty roof leaks. As several folks have pointed out, the roof is beautiful and the snow slides right off. Just as I had hoped. We've had a couple of spots where the roof developed small leaks (one along the ridge vent a couple of years ago, and one very recently over the kitchen). Getting them to come back and provide some level of customer service is like pulling teeth. It's a fine looking roof, works well in winter, but customer service after the fact is virtually nonexistent.
Just a coda to the above... A young man from Interlock showed up several hours after I wrote this review and assessed the most recent leak and spent over an hour repairing the problems that had caused the leak.

Approximate cost of services:
$17,000.00

Company Response

After contacted by Mr. M., our service team promptly returned his call and left multiple messages. An appointment was made for Dec 15 since poor weather conditions did not allow us to be at his house sooner. We identified the leak source to be the solar tube (which is not an Interlock product and was already installed before our product was added in 2011). Our installer serviced the flashings around it, fully resolving the issue.
We appreciate the customer recognizing the quality our product and will continue working to improve our responsiveness and customer support.

The Interlock® Roofing System comes with a lifetime limited product warranty.
