Pool builder took payment and vanished. Now goes by CLH family pools

All of his interlock has sunk and failed in weeks and he refuses to communicate regarding his several and significant deficiencies.

Did not complete installing the liner and provided one that was inferior to what we ordered

after going to 3 different pool companies we chose Leisure Industries by CLH. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive, but we were impressed with the time they took to talk to us about all pool options and let us make a much better educated decision. we initially went in looking for a fiberglass pool with a saltwater system which would have cost us more (and we were willing to pay) but after speaking with Desi, the salesman, and getting all the pros and cons of each type of pool we decided on the steel wall/vinyl with a freshwater system. This was our first Inground pool purchase and really had no idea what was involved in the process.

After the initial decision to go with Leisure Industries by CLH we were introduced to Mary Sue who went over all the required permits. Some of these things are done by Leisure Industries by CLH but others have to be done by the homeowner.

After waiting for 6 weeks for the city to come out and give the okay to commence and our deposits were paid we were finally ready to get the pool started. We met with Mary Sue to go over all the project timelines. We were also having a lot of landscaping done.

2. Delivery and installation of steel walls
3. Backfill
4. Grading for interlock
5. Interlock start date
6. Pool liner installation
Now as with all large projects we did experience some delays, mostly due to weather but we were always well informed when things got pushed back.

We met Chris and crew that would be doing the pool install and landscaping. The guys were a pleasure to have around. They were meticulous in the work they were doing and if we had any questions or thoughts about changing from the original design they were extremely accommodating and patient. Everything was cleaned up before they left at the end of each day. As with any construction there were some things that had to be stored on property, interlock, gravel, screening, etc but they were left neatly and we never had any complaints on how things were.

In the end we are extremely happy with our decision to go with Leisure Industries by CLH and would recommend them without hesitation.
