I needed to have a single window replaced in our home and found Alexander's ad on Kijiji. He answered my request for a quote promptly and came by the next day. He was thorough, professional and very knowledgeable - showing me the quality issues with our old window (ie. why it broke) and explaining the higher quality and solid warranty of the product line he installs and trusts after many years of doing this work. Quote was very competitive, window arrived when expected and install was done on schedule. As promised, the work was meticulously done (this window now makes our others look sloppily done) and site was spotless when he left.
