A very bad experience. They showed up with a smaller truck then we ordered, hours late, and it turned out to be a couple guys they contracted out and not their official staff.
We had to call a bunch of friends/family to help as the 2 people were not real movers and clearly couldn't do the job . The "movers" damaged the floor of the house and thankfully the new owner was tearing it up anyway and I didn't have to pay for. They scratched bookshelves and tables. They just didnt care at alla out our things.
The worst part is that they held our stuff in the truck unless we paid them in cash first.
In speaking with some guy on the phone from their main line, it came across so shady and he didn't seem to care.
