Dishwasher Mounting

Appliance Repair review in Toronto

Moved into a new house and noticed that the dishwasher wasn't mounted properly. Checked around Homestars and landed on Man With A Wrench. The order process was a bit slow but picked up after I followed up. Online payment was easy. The technician was very good on the day. Arrived right on time and finished up quick!

Dishwasher Mounting

Moved into a new house and noticed that the dishwasher wasn't mounted properly. Checked around Homestars and landed on Man With A Wrench.
Filled out the initial form and requested a call since that's how we do things in COVID times. Unfortunately my call didn't make it into their calendar so I had to followup with them to get the initial call going. After that call, I was asked to send some pictures and they would order the mounting parts for me. Unfortunately, again, I had to follow up again to keep the process moving as no one replied to my pictures or request to order the part. Once that picked up, the process was very quick and smooth. Online payment for the deposit was easy.
On the day, the technician arrived right on time but didn't end up using the mounting parts I paid for. He was able to mount the dishwasher by adjusting underneath the machine and using 2 screws on the inside of the door to secure to the cabinet, so I paid $40 for parts I didn't need. Or get to keep as the technician didn't leave them.
I would still use Man With A Wrench again as the payment was easy and technician was very good, but I would maybe do a bit more research into the job itself as I could have figured out on my own to adjust under the machine and screw 2 screws instead of ordering parts.
