Dishwasher defunct. Bought new. Might have had back for install but service was not going to be suhtracted. Bought from Tasco so will get them to do the installation of dishwasher. Also have been waiting for receipt and diagnostic estimate for over a week

Referring back to our records from the virtual call that you booked with us in regards to the lights flashing on your dishwasher front panel, our technician provided you with a diagnosis stating that the front panel will be required to solve the issue.
Due to the uncertain nature of the issue, our technician composed an email with links to numerous articles that discuss the same issue that pertains to your dishwasher brand and model, and its solution. As well, further information was provided on how to reset the error codes (if applicable), and contact to an appliance part vendor that would be able to source the part for you and provide cost and availability information.
We have not received any requests for part or appliance installation quotes, and are therefore unaware of any prices that were provided to you. It looks like our team was able to effectively diagnose and advise you not to spend your money on the repair and we would always advise to get the installation with the store that you purchase with as they usually do takeaways and it becomes cheaper in the bundle.
