Oleg was the first to respond to my request - and within 24 hours Alex showed up, as promised, on time. He quickly assessed that my problem was not one he could fix, and made me a series of recommendations that were very helpful. He didn't charge me for his much needed advice, which I so appreciated. Alex took the time to check a series of things to see if he could help me get the right solution. I would definitely call these guys again for help. Faith in humanity restored!
