When I moved recently and tried my washing machine after it had been in storage for a lengthy time, I discovered it no longer worked. I priced new machines and found the kind that I wanted was no longer available. Disappointed, but, based on the "Home Stars" rating, hopeful, I emailed "Man with a Wrench". I'm very glad I did. I heard back almost immediately, was able to book a consult for a Saturday morning -- the fee of which was clearly explained to me, would be applied to the cost of the repair if I went forward with it, and then I was really pleased when the repair man arrived punctually. Oleg was accurate with his speedy assessment of the issue, provided a most reasonable estimate, ordered the needed part and even offered to come later in the day to install and repair the machine since I work past five on most nights. the part being shipped arrived in the time frame projected and true to his word, he assured that the repair (by Alex) took place after regular business hours and was as quoted in terms of price. These young men are thorough, knowledgeable, reasonable and highly professional. I wish they had a full complement of services as I would call no other. ML
