Adrian was very professional from start to finish. Not only was he able to come on short notice and fit us in between appointments, he also came early as well. He was friendly and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Before he left, he cleaned up the work area and gave me recommendations on how to prolong the life of our pipes. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Adrian from S & C Mechanical Systems again and recommend him to friends and family.

3000sq ft tenant improvement which added plumbing rough ins and finishes for 2 washrooms and 1 kitchen. Also included are 2-4ton RTUs for heating and cooling the entire space complete with ducting, controls, and gas. Work was completed as a design build.

There very outgoing , professional . Adrian is and his team are very knowledgable of the there work , they have a great wealth of info through furnaces to plumbing . I would not hesitate to use there service again .

Very professional and quality workmen ship. Left the place very clean and removed the old furnace and tank. Very knowledgeable, friendly type of installation and helped with last minute extras. I would recommend S&C to anyone that need furnace or hot water tank replaced. Great job, keep it up guys.
