The poles were rotting so they had to be replace. The upper pole had deteriorated so much that damage was done to the floor of the porch. Manalco not only replaced the poles they also repaired the damage. All railings were replaced with reinforced rails. The person who did the siding was fast, efficient and meticulous. Overall great experience with Manalco Contracting.

From the beginning dealing with Kevin about the products and services Manalco has to offer I knew we were dealing with the right people. Kevin was always quick to respond, knew endless information about the products, and was always a pleasure to deal with. Then when it came to installation, Andrew, wanted nothing but perfection and customer satisfaction. Andrew was always there when he said he would be and finished the job beyond our expectations.

They came when they said they would, completed the job slightly over the expected timeline, but we were ok with that given how perfect everything looked at the end. The trim work around the front door and garage came out awesome, you cannot see one screw hole. We are very pleased with the amount of curb appeal added to the look of our house. I have to say, we first hired an idiot off of Kijiji to do the work, he seemed to talk the talk, but we had to send him away shortly after starting. I am very pleased with Manalco!!!!!
