We hired Larry / his team at Manalco to finish an addition to our new house build which connected a prefabricated home and a steel shop. Larry was hired to do all of the finishes between the two structures and to make sure that the "breezeway" that they were finishing buttoned up perfectly against the shop. He sold himself as the "contractor" for this job, not just an installer (his words). Larry sourced material that matched the siding on our prefabricated home. He stressed how difficult it was to come by so he wanted to ensure that he had enough. Needless to say that he ordered 2X as much as he should of and we got stuck with thousands of dollars of unusable and un-returnable material (as it was custom made). He even showed up one day and started to load these 7 extra bundles of siding into his truck for some reason. Luckily we were home and caught him in the act.

Regardless of all the above, Larry oversold his abilities and under delivered. The pictures on this post are how Larry left our job, and said they were finished. Bare plywood hanging out of our brand new home, and insulation hanging out of the bottom. These are all things that Larry told us that he would complete and was originally hired to do. We've had to hire another contractor to finish Manalco's job.

Manalco did an amazing job replacing my old and disgusting 25 year old fascia and eavestrough. I knew there would be some challenges with my house, but they just did it. No complaints. No extra charges for unplanned fixes. And very clean. At the end of each workday it was as if nobody was ever there. Thanks!!

I contacted Manalco and Kevin was my point of contact. I needed contrasting aluminum for my front porch soffit. Not only did Kevin recommend a great material but it was also the exact colour and style I was looking for! From the initial discussions to the finished product, it was a pleasure to deal with this company. Manalco you've exceeded my expectations! And in this industry that is extremely difficult. Our house was built in 1983 and it has 3 Bay windows. One in the front and two in the rear. The house had three new bay windows installed in 1997. At that time they were capped and cladded ( all aluminium). We had noticed the rooms where these windows are located were a little cooler in the winter. When Francois removed the cladding there was noticeable dry rot damage in our front window. He had to remove a lot of the wood and replace it, re-insulate with foam and recover. For the new cladding we changed the style, color, and went with vinyl. Because of uncertain weather Francois could not work on it everyday, but he was here every dry minute and finished the job working until dark on a Saturday. His quality of work speaks for itself and is a reflection of his professionalism! This is the second project we had had completed by Manalco and it will not be the last as we have a spring project lined up. We are extremely pleased with the completed project and workmanship!

We appreciated the service from beginning to end. First, to book an appointment online was great and very different from waiting for a company to call you back to book an appointment. Kevin came to quote and was diligent in his attention to our quote and information he provided. The work was done by Francois, who did an exceptional job and spent a considerable amount of time doing everything is a very high standard. Normally we write complaint reviews about service that was below expectations but this definitely met and exceed our expectations--we would recommend very highly and are now actually considering more work to be completed by Manalco.

Kevin from Manalco was my first point of contact. From quotation to completion of the job, everything was seemless and stress free. The company completed the work in 2 days (within 1 week of me approving the quote!).

The contractor who worked on our project was very professional and cleaned-up after he was done. The resulting work looks exceptional and professional. Now I don't have to stress out every time there is heavy rain in the forecast.

Manalco did an amazing job with replacing my porch columns and upper railings. Kevin from sales was great as he was friendly and easy to work with. He came by promptly and provided a quote within a few hours of coming! Price was good and included weatherproofing and replacing the flashing and a few rotting boards unlike other companies that don’t include that.

Lou and his team installed everything with quality workmanship and did a fantastic job! Completed it quickly and cleaned up without any issues. Were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with.

We were very happy with Manalco’s professionalism. Their staff worked very hard and the job was done much faster than I expected. Manalco is always in touch with the customer and the lines of communication were always open for us to ask questions. Great company and we are so happy with how it looks! Now we can relax knowing the structure is safe and the rotting has been stopped.

After initially telling me that I could not get the look I wanted, they came up with a solution using a different product. The results are fantastic and my chimney no longer leaks and it blends seamlessly into the exterior of my home. The crew was great. They went above and beyond keeping me informed as work progressed. They even fixed the weather stripping on my garage door and installed a new light for me above the garage. Thanks Manalco, I love my house again.
