I had the privilege of participating in the LCC development stage of a project that involved the precise removal of concrete flooring to create space for a new bathroom. Every task was executed with precision and efficiency, and all work was completed comfortably within the stipulated timeframe. The project progressed seamlessly, devoid of unexpected challenges, underscoring the project team's exceptional professionalism.

In 2018 we installed a Basement Suite in our home.

LCC got all the necessary permits, lined up trades that did good work and worked around our schedule.

Im very happy with the finished product, LCC even came back 2 years later to fix a couple of wear and tear items (floor and paint).

My husband and I were very happy with Lee and his team. He was prompt with coming over to give us an estimate and was able to fit us in when it worked for us. The project took a bit longer than originally planned due to a couple of changes we made mid project. Lee's communication with us, his assistant and the subcontractors was always timely and pleasant. He was very helpful with suggestions and urgent issues that happened during the project.

I was referred to Lee, (owner) by a friend who had had their basement done. I had been interviewing contractors for about a year off and on. Seeing the work that Lee and his crew had done for my friend convinced me that I could move forward with Lee.
The initial meeting was to discuss the scope of work with Lee. Because he had worked with others that had the same builder as I did, he was aware of the layout possibilities.
I had a quick deadline of 3 weeks, also a strict budget.
Lee provided me with an estimate the next day, was open to my ideas for some change and then committed to my 3 week deadline.
His whole crew came in ,very friendly and professional.
Anytime I called or texted Lee, he always got back to me, if not right away within the hour. Lee made himself available at any time to discuss the project with me.
The finished product was on time (even a couple of days early) on budget and finished beautifully!

LCC Developments Inc was amazing to work with and deal with through all the stages of building my custom dream garage. I found while searching for quotes LCC Developments Inc was very competitively priced and was the only contractor that didn't shy away when I explained all the features I was looking for such as vaulted ceilings and thickened floor slab for car lifts. Custom garage doors with side mount openers and raised door tracks that follow tight along the vaulted roof to avoid the car lifts and allow vehicles to be lifted higher. Air conditioning and a natural gas heater. Seasonal water bib inside the garage with hot and cold water. Cable and data round out the list of tricked out features.

I would highly recommend LCC Developments Inc to anyone looking to do a garage building or home renovations. In my experience everything stayed on time lines and the quote.
