I can't say enough good things about Heartland. They are working on a full house renovation for me in the Westmount area of Waterloo..and the transformation from an old Victorian in need of much care, to an open concept floor plan with vaulted ceilings, and modern finishes...is absolutely incredible. The foundation work to put in a new garage was also very impressive. Steve and his crews are fast, efficient and very talented. Thank you Heartland team!

We hired Heartland Construction to remove the old fence around our large property and replace it with a new chain link fence. The land had hills and trees in the way but that was not a problem for Steve and his team. Even though it was challenging , we now have a beautifully installed fence. They were very professional, did a great job and cleaned up after each day on the job. It was a pleasure to have them working on our yard and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for high quality craftsmanship at a reasonable price.

From the first time we met with Heartland Renovations to discuss the scope of the project, we were at ease. Steve listened to us and translated our dreams for our dream kitchen into a concrete plan to bring our desires to reality. We hired Heartland Construction to remove a load bearing wall and install a beam. I've never worked with such a great company for renovations before. Steve always kept us informed as to what was going on and when they would be performing the work. His men always showed up when he said they would. He took pictures along the way to show the inspector what was done. They cleaned up very well too. When the inspector came he wad very impressed with their work and stated "these guys always do a great job". He was impressed that they installed the beam flush with the ceiling and said that most contractors won't do that because it's too much work, most will let the beam drop down from the ceiling a bit. Heartland's price was reasonable and their service and work excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Out of all the contractors I met, Heartland Construction and Renovations was by far the best. Steve brought a team of talented, knowledgeable, experienced and skilled professionals when it came to renovating our basement. He completely transformed our basement into more than we ever envisioned and treated like family. Steve came out and was very courteous and understanding to my needs. He offered design ideas for the basement renovation and definitely knew what he was doing. He made quite a bit of extra effort to make us happy and we were thrilled with his team member's work. Very professional, high quality workmanship.
