Andre did a great job on my home - pressure washing the property, washing the home exterior, window washing and gutter cleaning. He is very professional - responds quickly and easy to work with. The quality of the work was excellent. There was one area of minor damage to a corbel from pressure washing by his partner and he came back to repair and paint it with no difficulty. I highly recommend him and look forward to having him back again in the future.

The owner was very responsible and honest. The price was reasonable for what has been done. He replies to any request quickly. I would recommend to whom might think of cleaning of house and roof future.

My daughter found Andre at Property Washers via HomeStars. I hired Property Washers as a result, to fix an existing gutter seam leak that another company was unable to fix.

Not only did Andre respond to the request for help immediately, he explained what he was going to do and arranged to come to my home the next day. Andre and his team were incredibly professional, clearly outlining what had to be done and the associated cost and potential outcome. He patched the corner, joining the two seams and sealed the area.

I recognize that long term, I may need to replace my gutter if this does not fully fix the issue. What impressed me about Andre and his team was how transparent and thorough they were. Andre was super quick to respond (and communicate), punctual, knowledgeable, fair (billed as discussed, and didn't do unnecessary work). He fixed 2 hard to reach gutter downspouts and helped inspect gutter blockages and some envelope issues/cleaning.
