Andre was quick to respond to my inquiry and spent nearly an hour looking over my house before preparing an estimate. He demossed the roof, cleaned and washed the gutters, washed the siding and windows, and power washed the patio and concrete. His quote included specific details about what would be done and how it would be done and also had photos. His quote was also the most competitively priced and also the most thorough. It left a very strong impression on us so we booked him. The day of the job his team arrived on time. Andre went above and beyond and even washed our mossy tool shed for no charge. He also gave an unexpected discount because the job was finished earlier than anticipated. Overall we are thrilled with the work done and appreciate his professionalism, thoroughness and willingness to take before and after photos.

We hired Property Washers to wash the exterior envelope of our 3.5 story low rise, our stairwells and communal walkways. We were very happy with the results and would recommend them others.
