I spoke with Gancy on Aug 10th at 9:10pm. He promised to be at my residence the next day at 4p
To my surprise Gancy Aug 11th I received a text and Gancy said he would be there at 3:10pm.He was right ontime and was personable, polite and professional.
Gancy removed a monstrous Hornets Nest 35 ft high under the siding of my three storey townhome.

Fast, effective, timely follow ups.

About three months ago, my family found some mice droppings in our home and garage. We contacted multiple companies but many of them were vague and impatient. However, once we contacted Gancy, we knew immediately that he was the right person. The phone consultation was thorough and he was very knowledgeable. He patiently walked us through what he was going to do and when he came, he pinned down the exact issue. The issue was solved in the single visit, and after a scare last week thinking that there were new mouse droppings again, Gancy quickly responded and arrived to quell our fears (it was not mouse droppings and instead, debris from the old cabinet). Would 100% recommend to others and use his services again.

Fast, pleasant service to kill a wasp nest in my attic. The first treatment didn't solve the problem and cheerfully Gancy came back and made sure that the second treatment did the trick.
