I had mice problem in my attic. I tried couple of pest control for last one year but it became a recurring issue finally I found Gyancy from Pest Zone and decided to try his service after I received positive feedback from my network. He came and took time to examine potential entry points around the house,garage, dryer points etc..he passed me various helpful tips how to keep rodents away. He answered all my questions patiently and explained product he is going to use and why. I dont see any traces of problems after the treatment and I am satisfied with Pest Zones service.

We had rodent problem at our place that was created some serious problems for us in our basement. I called Pest Zone and Gancy came over within a day to check things out. He was able to identify where the rodent was coming and provides some poison traps. A couple of days later the rodent was no longer and issue. We had similar issue happen again which I called Gancy and he came and took care of it right away. Good communication and great customer service. I would highly recommend to deal with any rodent issues you have.

We used to use another company for rodent issue. The previous company used Resolv. That didn't seem to address the issue. I explained the situation to Gancy, he is very polite and address all our concerns. He explained the bait that he uses First Strike which is far more superior in quality. He assured us that he will only need one visit and this will resolve the problem. If anything, he will come back for follow up as I will have 6 months warranty. He is amazing to work with, and he is prompt to response to email, text messages. Thank you for your help!

This is a very professional company. They responded quickly to my service request and were able to come out the same day to take care of our wasp problem.
I was told that they would be there at 5pm and at exactly 5pm the service tech was there.
He explained what he would be doing and then got to work spraying the inground wasp nest. As he was leaving he told me that if there is still any wasps there in a week to call him and he will come back.
I highly recommend this company and will use them again for any other pest problems.
