Gancy was very quick to reply to my request. He showed up promptly and explained our pest situation and the process of extermination in layman's terms. He was very upfront with costing and conducted himself in a very professional manner. He provides a warranty on his work but it looks as if we may not need to call him back in.
I would not hesitate to use his services again!
