When I called another company we have a program with they could not come out for over a week. When you have pests you want them dealt with immediately. I am so happy we found Pest-Zone. I call this morning and he was out to the house by lunch. Was able to make an assessment of the problem (mice in attic) and went to work. Quick and satisfying service.
