I had carpenter ants coming into my house and I knew I needed help to get rid of it. I also have new born coming within the week so it was urgent. Pest Zone was super responsive and while they were fully booked, Gaunci took the effort to come himself the next day to help with extermination.
Since then I havent had any issues! Gaunci also took the time to educate me on different pests to watch out for
