Alex has been awesome to work with. He not only made suggestion which saved us a lot of $$ and time but was also able to complete the job in less time than expected. Work done well, withing price and in time. Whats else could one ask for.

I am a Real Estate investor, and have so far hired Saburau Renovations to work on 3 properties, 2 of which were a full cosmetic update.

One was a full renovation of a 1,000 sqft condo, with hardwood floors throughout, a new kitchen, two full bathrooms renovated, and everything was updated.

The other one was a 4 bedroom house that also had a full renovation, with everything cosmetic redone. I will attach some before and after pictures of this house - the change is stunning.

I am starting another project soon, and Saburau will be renovating the property for me.

Alex does excellent work, is very reasonable and professional, and is an enjoyable person to work with.

Alex of Saburau is most helpful.We gut out the kitchen and one 3 piece washroom, Painted the whole apartment, changed the hardware in the washrooms, changed the kitchen cabinets and all electric appliances. They did finished the job in time as they had promised.They're very reliable and we are happy with their service.

Alex was a star, he's been helping me with a few work around the condo and every time he's very thorough and gets the job done! I Highly recomend him!

Alex was able to help me by re-caulking my bathroom tub/toilet and installing a new faucet for a very reasonable price. He additionally helped me to fill some gaps in some of my laminate flooring while he was on site.

Alex was a promp and responsive via text message. More importantly, he completed the job we agreed to with a high quality. He's also quite a nice fellow.
