Aug 7 I ordered a bin. When the bin was dropped off they placed 3 (2X8) planks of wood under the bin to protect my driveway (at the time I appreciated this)

Aug 8 I called to have the bin picked up

ISSUE 1 They left their thick, heavy planks on my driveway. Living in the city of Toronto they must be cut down & tied together before the city will pick them up. This might seem like a minor issue but when you only have a h& saw, it poses a major issue.

ISSUE 2 Aug 23 I called to get the amount of my final bill this is when I was told THEY HAD NO RECORD OF MY BIN BEING PICKED UP. I was told they would INVESTIGATE & get back to me

ISSUE 3 Aug 29 I called to see if they FOUND my bin. Apparently the bin they FOUND weighted 3.6 TONS mind-you there was nothing heavy in the bin (no cement, concrete, wood, bricks, soil, furniture etc..) & this can’t be disputed because I didn’t weight my bin before it left my house

SAVE YOURSELF THE GOUGING & CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!

I ordered a bin to be delivered at 10am. At 10:30 I was told it was being dumped and would arrive in an hour. At 12:30pm I called and told them that if it didn't arrive by 1:30 I would cancel. At 2pm I called and cancelled. I explained I was leaving the property for the day so had no use for it any longer. Each conversation was with the same woman.

30 minutes later she called me back while I was driving home. She offered the bin at a lower price for tomorrow. I again explained I no longer need it as I am not at the property until the following week.

They charged my credit card, anyway. When I just called to have it reversed I was told to call them again tomorrow (!) because it is after hours. (!)

I ordered a bin from this company in July. They had in in my driveway the next day for a week. I called to have it picked up within a few days and I came home and it was gone! I dealt with Filomena from this company and have nothing but excellent things to say about her. I had contacted her a few times regarding a few different things and she went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer. If you use this company, speak to Filomena!

First they were two days late with the bin, called to cancel they said $150 cancellation fee. Went against my better judgement and waited another 6 hours for the bin to arrive. The bin looks like its been through the apocalypse, total eyesore (not a huge deal but just saying). Then I see an $800 charge on my card, I call to find out what it is and they say its a 'safety deposit'. Was not told about this but okay, still went ahead with it. Here's the best part. I'm in the process of renovating a home. We rented a bin from a reputable company in week 1, filled it to the BRIM with brick, concrete, lots of drywall, wood framing etc. Total weight? 2.5 tons - 5000lbs. In week 2 we needed a second bin for minor clean up, thought it would be nice to have a bin out front rather than making trips to the dump, this company looked really cheap. BIG MISTAKE. Barely filled this bin to the halfway mark, mostly bushes some drywall, that cheap flimsy metal frame from the basement, miscellaneous garbage etc. Total weight? 7 Tons - 15,000 lbs!! The claimed I had 3x the weight of the first bin! Conveniently 15,000 lbs + bin rental fee works out to be just around the $800 'safety deposit' that they originally charged. I also didnt mention that it takes well over a month to get them to tell you the total charge and I still haven't even seen a weight ticket or an invoice. So to summarize, save yourself the hassle and go with a reputable company.

This company does not respond to requests for proof of disposal details. Do NOT give any credit card information to this company. You will have no control of what they charge on your card.
