He followed up with me regularly and was great at answering all of my questions. His crew, Drew and Caesar, worked very hard on the day of installation and were very friendly and helpful with the installation process. Pat and his team did a fantastic job switching my gas furnace and water heater to heat pumps. They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and guided me with kindness through the entire project. They helped me secure an electrician to upgrade my old house's electrical system from 60 to 200 amps and coordinated all the work from beginning to end. They were also very knowledgeable about the government rebates and ensured that I could take full advantage of them. I highly recommend Pat and his team!

I had used The Boiler Shoppe for an air conditioner installation a few years ago. Pleased with their service at that time, I called for a quote on a new boiler for my in-floor hot water heating system. I was satisfied with the price quote and told them to proceed. The installers arrived on the day they promised, the installation went very smoothly and professionally, and the system looks great and works beautifully. They took away the old boiler and cleaned up after their work. I have nothing but good comments about their service. Highly recommended!

Heatpumps.ca installed a new heat pump and a new gas furnace (as backup heat) at our home in Brampton.

We first spoke to Darren and the experience was very positive. We had a lot of questions and Darren answered all of them in detail. There was no hard-sell or pressure whatsoever and we felt completely comfortable speaking with him.

Once we decided to go ahead, Darren helped get us started on the government rebate process. He also offered us referrals for an electrician & for the energy audit, but left us free to use our own people. He checked in regularly to make sure everything was moving forward.

On install day, Drew and Cesar were courteous, friendly, and worked hard to get the install done on time even after some unexpected hurdles. They worked together smoothly with our electrician.

Overall, a totally positive experience and we would happily recommend HeatPumps.ca to anybody considering a new installation.

Highly recommend this company! From the initial meeting with Pat through to completion everyone was very professional. Pat was always available for any questions we had and arranged everything. The team he put together for installation were top-notch. Electricians Brian, Andy & Nora; installers Ahmad and Khalil. They all worked hard to get the work done. Plus, Pat was checking in each day to make sure there were no problems. We had a slight issue with the thermostat and Pat called Ahmad to who came right over to help us set it up properly.

Heatpumps were professional, transparent, fast and efficient and thorough. I can only highly recommend them.
