DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE
They give you fake dates for delivery and never send your product. They make you pay for the item in full and won’t get back to you. Ignore your calls and never respond. The worst service ever.. they won’t even give back your money. There is nothing to do but wait.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
As soon as they are done selling an item to you, the follow ups stops and you have to start chasing them for delivery.
Despite my request for specific date and time, they would call me and ask if I’m available on a completely different day and time. I had taken a day off for delivery and they missed it and didn’t even bother calling me.
When they deliver the item, the delivery guys didn’t takes their shoes off despite my request, left marks and dirt all over my floor and when I checked the installation, they had done a lousy job. See pics

I spent $3000 on appliances for all of them to break down with ZERO efforts on the companies end to repair or replace them. They even wrote me a bad cheque after fighting with them for over a month.

I bought a washer and dryer unit on Monday nov 16th , with an invoice stating 1 year warranty.on nov 18, the washer stop working and when I call they want me tj send a picture of the unit!!! They don’t even know what they sell even there’s an invoice. Now when I call they know my phone no and don’t pick up! They are a fake and they just bait you and forget about warranty!

I am a Real Estate agent, few years ago I was looking for a couple sets of kitchen appliances and laundry pairs. Ive been buying from them since 2013. The warranty process is quick, and I routinely purchase over the phone when i need a fridge or stove. I highly recommend it to all of my associates and friends. 5 star service

I purchased a used fridge by phone and they sent me photos and age 2017 and model . I was out of town at the time .
They delivered. 2014 fridge instead and it was 3.5 years older . I contacted Yuri the owner and he said it did not matter . I asked for a credit but he would not give me one . I disputed the charge and sent evidence to my credit card co and my money was returned.
Also on the sales contract it says that if you write them a bad review it will negate your warranty. Totally illegal
He can sue me if he likes as I’m sure a judge will slam him.
Total unethical co . Should be closed down .

The Samsung gas Stove and a Whirlpool Fridge that we bought from the Barcelona Scarborough outlet were truly pieces of junk. One of the burners on the stove does not work and the control knobs were all broken and hot glued on. The fridge did not work properly from day one. Called Sam from service, but took months for a “Technician” to come and service it; and on each visit the Fridge got worse and worse and in the end stopped working completely. The items are still under warranty but it is like pulling out tooth to try and get service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I bought a fridge and 4 times it turned out to be broken- they exposed me and the movers to a risk in this epidemic. I am filling a law suit against them and i will have involve the Ministry of Consumer Protection as well. Their business must should down as they are considered a risk to the public.

Bought what I thought and was told was a duel fuel thermador range. I had asked for a propane unit and Sam told me this unit can be converted to propane and even gave me the store to go to to buy the conversion kit. I bought the conversion kit. Unfortunately my house was a new build and it was 6 months later when my installer went to converT and put it in. Turns out it is not duel fuel but all gas. No problem we thought, we can convert all to propane. Turns out you cannot convert gas units to propane as the oven part has to come from factory either gas or propane. For the last 3 months I have had the run around from Yuri the owner who says they can fix it and then never gets back to me. Stay away is my advice. I haven’t finished yet with Yuri.

On Sep.27 I purchased washer from this store. The delivery was done on Oct.04 only. Unfortunately, the washer was not in working state. I was offered the technician to come and test it on Monday Oct 07. I agreed and wait till Thursday Oct 10! Nobody called us to schedule the service. Fortunately, I got response offering us the replacement on Oct 14. OK, we were waiting at this time again but nobody called us, nobody appeared! We lost working day! Finally, It was delivered and replaced on Oct 15. But nobody tested it again to demonstrate its workability. Anyway, the second washer delivered doesn’t work too and they picked it up on Oct.26!!! Ended up buying other washer from other company. One month deal!!! They simple robed me, didn't refund, didn't respond. No money, no washer.
