Avoid this store/ Very Rude Owner (Nick)

They have extremely worst service. I choose a furniture item and was told I could choose the fabric color . I choose the shade which they mentioned on their plain Invoice book which does not mention the store name and GST number. I was asked to pay full amount as it was custom order. I was promised delivery in one week. A month passed but I did not get my stuff. On calling few time to inquire my order Nick got extremely upset, started calling names and was extremely rude. Finally I was asked to pick my stuff. On reaching there I found that the shade I ordered was not right. On telling Nick, he became extremely rude, abusive and said I have to pay GST and extra money to get the fabric shade of my choice. When I mentioned that the sales rep did not mention that and their invoice mentions the item with my choice of shade. Nick asked me to leave and said take it or leave it or go F... yourself and do what ever I wanted.
I have never seen service so low in my life.

Just awful. Buyer beware!

I've never had such a poor experience buying furniture. Though Nick was willing to bargain for a table and chairs package, that's where the good experience ended. Our delivery was made via minivan, and the table had a couple of dents in it. When we complained, we were told "every table will look like that and no one will notice". We continued to complain and were told they would get in touch with the manufacturer who would come over to look at it. Lo and behold, the manufacturer never showed up. Issue #2 was with our chairs - they had a significant wobble to them, and the chair seats were installed crooked. We brought them into the store to show what the issue was, and said we were happy to return them or exchange them - at which point we were yelled at. I don't mean voices were raised - I mean it got to the point where we thought a fight would break out. I have never, ever been talked to by a business owner like this. We ended up leaving the store in tears with the faulty chairs - it wasn't worth the stress to go back and continue fighting. We have reported the store to the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the stress and shop somewhere else.
