These guys know their business. We had the wrong lock on our door at home and didn't know it. It has been a problem for almost 10 years. I went in to get some keys made and asked them about locks. They sold me the right lock and came out to install it the next day. I spoke to 3 different people at this business and they were all friendly, helpful and professional. We are very happy with our new lock and highly recommend this business.

We had a deadbolt lock that was damaged and not functioning. We were unable to open the door from the outside and we could not gain entrance. Better Lock was able to drill through the lock without damaging our wood door and they got it open. They provided quick emergency service in a timely fashion. Would definitely hire them again in the future.
