Stefano had completed the inspection of the house I sold. He had actually showed up a day early to check out the exterior and was very polite and kind. He appeared to do a thorough job and the purchasers of my home seemed to be very content with his work. I felt comfortable using his service to inspect the home I purchased later that week. He was easy to talk to, explained everything thoroughly, showed up early for the inspection, was extremely detail-oriented and provided us with a report on the spot. He pointed out issues as we walked through the home and provided us with recommendations as we walked through. He check for temperature changes and moisture at just about every inch of the house. He checked every single outlet, tested every appliance, opened up the furnace, and was very knowledgeable. I would have no reservation recommending him to anybody seeking to have a home inspection done.
