Ryley and his team did fantastic work on multiple projects over several years in our house. Ryley was always communicative and professional, and we were consistently happy with the quality of work. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about building science, we learned a lot as we perfected our home with his help.

The former owners used the CHIP program and had the attic blown full of insulation, this created a ventilation problem and over the years with frost and condensation, Mould developed which had to be removed. After the remediation Riley took care of getting proper insulation installed, gyp-rocking, and crack filling ready for fresh paint. Very satisfactory work.

We had a complete kitchen renovation which was complicated because of the age of the house (over 100 years old), asbestos, and the lack of a foundation under part of the house. We also had structural work, removing a wall and relocating the door and windows.
We couldn’t be happier with the result. Ryley and the team at Ravenwood were outstanding from start to finish. Ryley was always very responsive to messages, and very proactive in keeping us updated. And when we wanted to throw in some curveballs such as importing an enormous sink he was very supportive, building a bespoke cabinet to house it.
The quality of the work is excellent. The team were a pleasure to have in the house. My husband works nights and so was sleeping during the day, and the team were quiet and unobtrusive and never disturbed him. They also kept the site clean and tidy.
I recommend Ryley and Ravenwood unreservedly, and we will be sure to use them for our next project.

Ravenwood Developers renovated our kitchen, replaced the flooring throughout, and other various jobs to rejuvenate our home. We found Ryley knowledgeable, comfortable and very responsive to work with through all parts of our renovation. The final quote was fair and reasonable and all changes were agreed to and pre-approved before the changes implemented. Ryley’s suppliers were informative and offered a variety of choices. I appreciated the printout of the project schedule as this was helpful to know the sequence of events. The renovation proceeded smoothly and in a timely fashion and although was complicated by renovating different floors over different periods, this did not present any problems for Ryley’s team. Ryley’s team was very flexible and kept everything well organized so that we could occupy the home while the renovations carried on. Ryley coordinated not only his own trade people but as well an independent cabinet supplier/ installer that we had commissioned to replace our kitchen cabinets. Ravenwood Developers’ crew of trades were competent and respectful of our home and were able to bring our 1980 home up to 2015 codes. We were extremely satisfied with all the work.
