We had a basement renovation done which grew into redoing the bathroom and a storage room also. Also included were enlarging two basement windows and redoing a staircase. Ryley ran the job very well, handling the scope changes smoothly. Sub-trades were also very good, especially electrical. Am currently talking to Ryley about fixing another contractor's work on our ensuite bathroom.

Ravenwood completed a fence and odds and ends throughout the house. Ravenwood was very respectful, the crew was on time and kept everything clean. The job came in on budget and on time. I wouldnt hesitate to recomend Ravenwood and I plan on having them back for my next renovation.

The previous owner of our house added a large addition but they didn't properly integrate the rooflines between the addition and the existing house. It was time to replace the shingles and membrane so we asked Ravenwood Developers to figure out a way to fix the roof slope so water would run off properly, and to also act as general contractor to complete the re-roofing project.

Everything was done on time, on budget and the end result was fantastic. I recommend ravenwood to anyone looking for an honest and reliable contractor. Their team of plumbers and skilled workers are the best in town.

The work involved removal of the old vanity, old acrylic shower, old tub, old linoleum flooring and old wall tiles, Installation of New tiles on floor, new wall tiles, new shower with tiled walls, new tub, new plumbing and new faucets and shower-head, new lights, new vent fan, new paint etc. We were extremely happy with the quality of service we got from Ryley. He was extremely disciplined, very punctual to his cost

Ryley and his team ripped up our horribly ugly wooden deck and replaced it with beautiful stamped concrete.They also redid our basement windows to 'legal size' and fixed our front walk which was uneven and on an angle!We are very happy with our backyard as it is no longer a hazard and is just waiting for a BBQ party!

I awarded Ravenwood Developers LTD a contract to completely gut and renovate my Calgary Willow Park home. The work included completing a detailed design, cost estimate/budget, and work plan / schedule. The result was high quality and directly in-line with the execution plan (budget & schedule). I was impressed with the dedication, workmanship and high integrity standards of the Ravenwood team including their electrical, painting, plumbing, drywall, tiling, and flooring subcontractors and suppliers.
