I was very pleased by Jeffs thorough review of my furnace where he explained everything to me and showed me the two parts that needed replaced as preventative maintenance. It is a big help to have a good report on my older mid efficiency gas furnace. I would highly recommend J & S and will use them again.

Jeff was knowledgeable, patient and honest! There was water leaking from our furnace, and he came within an hour! He was able to fix the problem (a plugged condensate trap), but also took time to explain what he was doing, and gave us a "furnace 101" lesson, as we are new home owners who have no idea how a furnace works. He was very honest with us, and wanted to ensure the problem was fixed before billing. We will absolutely use J + S Heating & Cooling Ltd. for future furnace work and would recommend them to everyone!

Very impressed with the quick response and personable approach. After various attempts by 3 different companies to find the problem with the furnace, it has finally been resolved by J&S. Great explanation and installation of programable thermostat, fixed humidifier and did everything in a timely manor. Extremely trustworthy and would highly recommend.
