Do not use them. They charge a lot for minimal service. As I have Airbnb, they ended cleaning wrong house and I lost my Airbnb revenue. All they said was they made mistake. Not even bother for any compensation. DO NOT USED THEM!

Hi Naresh - As we discussed on the phone we are deeply sorry you had this experience with us. The address we had on file only said "Side Entrance" and not "Basement Unit", so the new cleaner mistakenly assumed the side entrance indicated a cleaning for the Upstairs unit. We sent the cleaner back immediately to clean the right unit but by then your guest had already cancelled the reservation. We offered you two free cleanings as compensation. By all accounts the cleaning was satisfactory otherwise - We had cleaned your unit 5 times since May 2018 and your Airbnb profile indicates that "5 recent guests said this place was sparkling clean".
