We were put in touch with Jesse through an interior designer we used in the past. Our built in wine fridge stopped working and the appliance company couldn't remove it. They suggested we needed a cabinet maker to remove parts of the cabinet. We got in touch with Jesse and he suggested we contact another appliance company as he might not be the most economical approach. We did as he suggested, but they couldn't help. We followed up with Jesse and he came on a Saturday after another job he was working on and managed to remove the fridge which 2 other men couldn't. He suggested some modifications to the cabinets due to the tight fit. Jesse wouldn't accept payment for coming that day. Although we didn't end up needing to make modifications to the cabinet, we will be using Jesse to refit our kitchen cabinets to allow for a larger fridge. He was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful.

We appreciate all feedback we receive, it’s better for us as a company to know about the times we’ve fallen short so we can address it. We’re grateful to be able to share that we have gotten in touch with this customer after reading the above post. Marvel is not perfect, however, we are always striving to improve and make the customer experience better and better. It’s been discussed with the concerned party that our non-response was in no way whatsoever the passive attack or intentional action that it was interpreted as. Together with the customer we are discussing how we can best resolve this matter once they return from vacation.
Furthermore, we will be assessing and addressing how our website could lead people to believe we look down on other peoples way of life, however far that interpretation is compared to our true values.
