Aziz the technician charged me 300 for diagnosting. The problem of the A.C why doeant work is the furnace control board. And he price me 1169.
Appointment was 12:30-1:30. Show up at 2:30.
Very rude.
He doesnt want me to watch his work.

If you use his service, make sure you watch him because he cut some wire shorter.

The customer called Zeeco Services Ltd to diagnose why her AC unit was not working. The customer requested extra time from the technician that she cannot make the 12:30-1:30pm time frame since she was coming from Toronto back to her rental property. As Aziz (the technician) showed up to diagnose the problem with the AC unit, the customer began to video tape the technician during the diagnosing procedure. Aziz told the customer that she can not video tape him and that if she wished to watch, she can but without her phone. This was the point where the customer began to argue with the technician. After the diagnosing procedure, Aziz informed the customer that the AC unit itself was not the problem, and that the problem seemed to be the furnace control board which wasn't sending enough power to the AC unit. The customer asked the price of a replacement furnace control board, which then the technician informed her verbally the estimate cost of the replacement unit was going to be $1169 (including hst... not $11,169). This was an estimate as the customer refused payment of both $120 service call fee and $150 diagnosing fee which comes to $305.10 with HST. The customer told the technician that she already had a furnace maintenance plan from reliance which is why she was hesitant on paying the diagnosing fee even though diagnosing services were already used. At that point, the technician advised her to go with Reliance and contact them directly and not proceed with further services from Zeeco Services Ltd to save money. The customer told the technician that Reliance was an incompetent company and never picks up when she calls. After continued argument over paying the diagnosing fee the customer reluctantly paid for the diagnosing services with Mastercard but only to call back later and demand a refund since she got hold of Reliance who fixed the problem with the wiring of the furnace control board which the Zeeco services technician advised during the diagnosing stage. Lastly when Aziz (the technician) refused to give her a refund over the diagnosing services she used, she started to drop f*** bombs and threatened the technician that she will post negative reviews if the demand for refund was not accepted!
(Also customer tries to spread misinformation that the technician tried to "cut some wires shorter" which is not the case since the technician only diagnosed the control board and didn't go further with the services as customer refused payment)
