The water heater stopped working, I called a few companies, Zeeco came in, diagnosed the issue within a couple of minutes and got the job done by the end of the day. It was to change the water valve that mixed hot water with cold.
They had parts available at hand, the technician was nice, insightful and knowledgeable.
