"To start, I loved the name : "The Irish Plumber" . It was original , obviously some thought went into it!
Then came stellar, same day service.
Michael was personable, & professional,
with attention to detail & clean up!
The bonus? His accent made me want to visit Ireland!

The Irish Plumber was great, he came very quickly after we called for a quote and was communicative through the process as we waited for the part to be stocked. He was on time, was very thorough in his assessment at trying to diagnose our issue and was able to solve it quickly and painlessly.

We hired the Irish Plumber (Michael) to replace the cast iron in our 1950s home to ABS. Michael arrived on time and was very respectful of our home. His work was thorough and he didn't hesitate to answer my numerous questions! He took the time to make sure I understood exactly what he was doing and he was more than happy to provide advice about future projects. We wouldn't hesitate to contact him again - in fact, when we finish our basement, we will definitely reach out to him.

Michael is very timely and courteous, and is very hard worker. He was willing to offer advice and give assistance. I was very pleased with all of the work that he did (install a floor drain, and install a sump pump & backup pump). Both on short notice during the Ottawa flooding. He has been recommended and used by friends and family.

A drain clog downstream from the bathroom sink and a leaking trap was quickly repaired by Michael from The Irish Plumber. He arrived the same day and snaked the entire drain well into the main drain pipe and resealed the leaking trap.

Michael went the extra mile. Not only trenching the basement floor for the rough and running hot and cold water but repairing the floor to pre construction condition. All this completed in the 2.5 days he projected and very reasonably priced
